This Privacy Policy explains how Mercurion Labs, LLC (“Mercurion Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through mercurionlabs.com and products and services including Mercury Reach. A separate customer agreement may provide additional terms.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• contact and account information, such as names, email addresses, mobile numbers, organization details, and login information;
• customer-provided contact lists and resident records used to deliver authorized notices;
• message and call content, translations, replies, opt-in and opt-out records, delivery history, and support communications;
• billing, subscription, and transaction information; and
• technical and usage information, such as IP address, device and browser details, timestamps, logs, and website interactions.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

• provide, maintain, secure, and improve our website and services;
• deliver authorized texts, calls, translations, and replies;
• manage accounts, billing, support requests, preferences, consent, and opt-outs;
• monitor delivery, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and maintain audit records; and
• comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect our users, services, and rights.

5. How we disclose information

We may disclose information only as needed to operate the service, including:

• to the Mercury Reach customer, such as a property manager or housing provider, that supplied the information or authorized the communication;
• to service providers that process information for us, including hosting, security, payment, analytics, and communications providers such as Twilio;
• when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request, or to protect rights, safety, and service integrity; and
• in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.

Service providers may use information only to perform services for us or as otherwise permitted by law. The mobile information and consent rules in Section 4 apply regardless of this section.

6. Customer-controlled data

Mercury Reach customers determine which authorized contacts to add, what notices to send, and when to send them. If you received a notice from a property manager or housing provider, that organization may be the primary party responsible for the underlying resident record and your privacy request. We support customers in responding to appropriate requests.

7. Cookies and website data

We may use cookies and similar technologies needed to operate the website, remember settings, secure sessions, understand performance, and improve the service. Browser controls may allow you to block or delete cookies, although doing so can affect site functionality.

8. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, maintain required consent and delivery records, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

9. Your choices and rights

You may reply STOP to a Mercury Reach text to withdraw consent for that messaging program. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information. Requests may be subject to identity verification and lawful exceptions. For account or resident data managed by a Mercury Reach customer, contact that organization first.

10. Children’s privacy

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information directly to us, contact us using the support option below.

11. Changes and contact
